Frequently asked questions

Can I migrate data from my current system?

Yes. We import patients and your service catalog from CSV / Excel, and lab results support CSV import from analyzers. On the Network plan, our team assists with the migration end to end.

Who owns the data?

The clinic and its patients — full stop. We are a processor under the GDPR. If you leave, you export your data in standard formats; medical records are kept according to the 10-year legal retention.

Where do you stand on GDPR?

It is built into the platform, not bolted on: AES-256 field-level encryption, pseudonymized national IDs, a permanent audit log, EU-only data, a DPA signed digitally at onboarding. Details on the security page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no minimum term. Cancel from the app; the subscription stops at the end of the paid month and you can export your data beforehand.

What does multi-company mean?

Many clinics operate through several legal entities (for example one per site or per partner). PlusMedical keeps them all under one organization, with sites and resources correctly attached to each entity — so invoicing comes out clean per registration number — with invoice series, e-Factura and an online-payments account per company.

What support do I get?

Every plan includes email support. Clinic adds priority support, and Network has a dedicated SLA plus a named contact for migration and onboarding.

Are the prices final?

Listed prices are “from” prices, in EUR, excluding VAT. The exact configuration (users, sites, modules) is confirmed at onboarding — no hidden costs.
