Privacy policy

This document briefly describes how plusmedical.ro (operated by 2Lines Sistem S.R.L.) processes personal data on the public website. For the platform itself, the complete, versioned privacy policy is available in the app.

What data we process on this site

The public site requires no account and collects no medical data. If you write to us (the demo form sends an email), we process the contact details you provide — name, clinic, email, phone — exclusively to reply to you.

Legal basis and retention

The basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and the related legal obligations.

Where the data lives

Our infrastructure runs exclusively in the European Union (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Email is processed through AWS SES, also in eu-central-1.

Backup copies

PlusMedical platform data is copied daily, encrypted, to a separate AWS account, also in the European Union (AWS eu-north-1, Stockholm). The copies are immutable: they cannot be changed or deleted before their term, not even by us, so that they can be used after an attack or an error. They serve only for restoration and are not accessible from the application. Database copies are deleted automatically after at most 100 days. File copies (uploaded documents, identity documents, medical images) do not follow deletions in the platform: a file deleted later — for example an imaging study deleted by the patient — remains in the backup copy.

Your rights

You have the rights provided by the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@plusmedical.ro. You can also address the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
