This document briefly describes how plusmedical.ro (operated by 112tech) processes personal data on the public website. For the platform itself, the complete, versioned privacy policy is available in the app.
What data we process on this site
The public site requires no account and collects no medical data. If you write to us (the demo form sends an email), we process the contact details you provide — name, clinic, email, phone — exclusively to reply to you.
Legal basis and retention
The basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and the related legal obligations.
Where the data lives
Our infrastructure runs exclusively in the European Union (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Email is processed through AWS SES, also in eu-central-1.
Your rights
You have the rights provided by the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@plusmedical.ro. You can also address the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
