Account & data deletion

This page lets you request deletion of your PlusMedical account (the patient app and portal, developed by 2Lines Sistem SRL) and the associated data — no login and no app install required.
How to request deletion
Fill in the form below with the email address associated with your account. Alternatively, you can send the request directly from the app (Profile → My GDPR rights) or by email to contact@plusmedical.ro. For your safety, before deleting anything we will contact you at the address you provide to confirm the request comes from the account holder.
What gets deleted
On full deletion we close the account: login credentials, devices and notification tokens, preferences and profile data without a legal retention obligation are permanently deleted.
What is retained and why
The medical record cannot be physically deleted: Romanian law requires medical documentation to be kept for 10 years. Instead of deletion, the record is anonymized — data identifying you is irreversibly removed. Invoices and fiscal documents are kept under tax law, and the audit log under GDPR obligations.
Processing time
We respond within 30 days of receiving the request (GDPR Art. 12). For complex requests we may notify you of an extension, explaining the reason.
